Registration

We hope you are excited to join us for this once in a lifetime educational experience. Please see below for the pricing for both the 5 Day and the 2 Day Conference Packages. Not sure which one is right for you, check out our SCHEDULE page for more information

You will also find information on group discounted accommodations and travel arrangements for our international guests. 

Submitting Payment

Registrants MUST submit payment 30 days prior to the conference.  (The deadline is March 6th)

Paypal is our preferred payments partner. It is a cheap and easy way to pay using a credit card or your paypal linked bank account.

 

To pay via credit card, simply click the "Add to Cart" button for the package you wish to purchase. On the following screen click the "Check Out" button rather than the "Check out with Paypal" button. 

For those interested in paying via bank wire/transfer, please contact the conference organizers using the "Contact" Page. 

The five day conference fee covers:
* Local transportation during the conference (7-day unlimited ride subway passes)
* Opening ceremony, meal, and welcome packet
* Closing ceremony, meal, and entertainment
* Lunches for most of the days (except for the day that you are out at internships with students)
* Coffee and snacks for each day of the conference
* Programs, and printed materials
* Rental fees and permits for conference spaces
* Honorariums for guest speakers
* Access on online "pre-conference" portal (videos, student testimonials, rubrics)
* Scholarships for participants that can not pay the full cost.

Airports

JFK, Newark, LaGuardia (any of these airports serve New York City)



All are outside Manhattan and require transportation getting from airport into the city and your hotel:



Shuttles into city costs around $14 and go into several locations in Manhattan. Check with the airline or your hotel which shuttle to take and where to get off. 


Taxis are very expensive ($30 from LaGuardia and $60+ from JFK and Newark). Best if used if you are traveling in a group.

Hotels

New York City is big and crowded and getting around requires public transportation (Busses and/or Metros /Subways) so the hotel you select should be located in either midtown or lower Manhattan in order to reach City As School.
